This industry leading “high-speed” end seal is engineered to optimize your pressroom productivity. Proprietary manufacturing facilitates the addition of a rotary insert at the radius of the end seal while maintaining OEM tolerances. Enhanced abrasion resistance ensures long, effective life in your press. The HS seal allows operators to run with the lowest possible ink chamber pressure.
SpeedFlex® - BR
The “standard family” of end seals from Shergar Inc.; available for all OEM and aftermarket ink systems. A blended rubber compound provides an “ink-tight” seal with outstanding compression/recovery properties. The BR seal ensures intimate contact is maintained with the anilox roll radius.
SpeedFlex® - IM
Injection molded end seals for various chamber systems. Proprietary molding compounds are utilized to ensure maximum on-press life. Tight mechanical tolerances combined with excellent chemical resistance. IM seals are compatible with all ink systems.
SpeedFlex® - ZH
Produced from a unique, high durometer compound the “ZH” seal has excellent resistance to abrasive wear— effective in your white deck and where any abrasive chemistry is present. All common profiles are available and custom profiles upon request.
SpeedFlex® - FL
FL high-quality felt seals provide excellent resistance to abrasive wear. Impregnated with “FlexoLUBE” FDA approved lubricant for added performance. FL seals are water, solvent, and UV ink compatible.
FlexoLUBE™ is an FDA approved lubricant that enhances end seal performance onpress.
FlexoLUBE™ provides excellent resistance to the heat and shear generated at the radius of the seal once the ink chamber is engaged and the press is brought up to production speed. FlexoLUBE™ is also utilized as a retardant to protect ink chambers and system components from direct contact with ink. Being FDA approved, FlexoLUBE™ ensures trouble-free audits while maintaining your AIB, BRC, or SQF compliance rating. Available in 1-gallon buckets or 12-ounce jars.
